"Fatbelly must’ve bought stock in melted cheese. How else can you explain how much american cheese is oozing out of this sandwich? There's also homemade sausage, folded fluffy eggs, a hash brown, and their signature sauce, all jammed into a pretzel potato bun. The sandwich makers batch a bunch of these first thing in the morning and hold them warm next to the cash register so it’s an easy get-in, get-out, take-it-to-the-face-in-the-car kind of thing." - Ann Walczak
