The HiHi Room Review - Boerum Hill - New York - The Infatuation

"The HiHi Room is a neighborhood spot in Boerum Hill that looks kind of like a DIY diner. It has vinyl barstools, mismatched light fixtures, and an Italian poster for Columbo (the ’70s TV show) hanging on the wall - and the menu is equally all over the place. You’ll find a crab salad, spaghetti with chili, and a buckwheat waffle with whitefish salad, for example, and you can also get a fast-food-style burger on a sesame bun with iceberg and American cheese. Stop by, and eat one of those at the bar. This is a great weeknight spot, and it’s perfect for when you want to catch up with a friend, have a cocktail or two, and eat some roast chicken covered in a sweet glaze." - Bryan Kim
