Run by the group behind Bacari, this counter-service spot on West 3rd has the rotisserie thing down to a science: efficient service (everyone here orders takeout), moist chicken with a unique earthy spice, and a stunning 14 different flavors of dipping sauce (get the house hot sauce, chimichurri, and gochujang aioli, in that order).
