"Sweet Bribery, a small scoop shop in The Heights, makes excellent ice cream. The ice cream, including sorbet, feels incredibly smooth, like a silk shirt worn by a late-night lounge crooner. For a mid-afternoon snack or to wrap up a date night, try cacio e pepe or seasonal strawberry and basil. And when available, the creamy, smoky brisket-flavored ice cream somehow tastes like all the flavors of a well-made, flavorful barbecue without the meat. Only in Texas, right?
