"Malaya is a minimalist Filipino-inspired cafe in Silver Lake that serves coffee, ice cream, and ensaymadas, which sounds like a trio we can get behind. The menu includes brown sugar lattes with condensed milk and cinnamon, matcha in fruity flavors, and scoops of ube coconut and miso caramel ice cream that you can get in an affogato or a float.
