"The Rook has eight smashburgers on their menu, and you can get them at either the Manayunk or Fishtown location of the sandwich shop. And while they range from being drenched in marinara to topped with crispy onion rings, it’s the “O” Double that keeps us coming back again and again. It’s not super smashed, but the patties are squeezed enough to get a nice sear on them.
