"If you didn’t know it was there, you could easily walk right past Bohemian. The restaurant is tucked under sea-grape trees alongside the sidewalk on Palm Beach and has major Secret Garden vibes. If you still have energy to burn after a long day of lounging, take note: this is the best place for a late-night party. Expect a tropical atmosphere with rattan enclaves, thatched palapas, and lush landscaping, plus a menu that includes fall-off-the-bone tender lamb shank, coq au vin, and a fennel-forward bouillabaisse. While you’re here for dinner and drinks, you should stay for the music. Most nights feature live performers or a DJ, and the bar stays open pretty late, by Aruban standards—until midnight Sunday-Thursday, and 1am on the weekends." - Jacqueline Dole
