"A trip to Bar Montejo is all about eating copious amounts of cochinita pibil in numerous forms, like tacos, panuchos, and tortas. They specialize in Yucatecan dishes, and everything on the menu is a win, but we always go for the $6 torta de cochinita pibil. This cantina has an extensive drinks menu since letting loose and enjoying a long sobremesa is all part of the experience. Order multiple rounds of Modelos and tequila, and before you know it, time will kind of stand still." - Guillaume Guevara
