They trade frozen hot chocolates for absinthe cocktails under a green light in a quiet area of Germantown. The cocktails here are good—shout out to The Milk of the Poppy with pisco, orgeat, and egg white—but the real highlights are the flights: three absinthe pours served with sugar cubes, fancy spoons, and paired chocolate truffles.
