"Lark has a great view of the Schuylkill, so if you proposed at Le Bec in the ‘80s and want to recreate the evening, this is the place to do it. The restaurant is also from Georges Perrier protégé Nick Elmi (see above). Rather than serving French food, this romantic Bala Cynwyd restaurant leans Mediterranean with a heavy focus on fish and handmade pastas.
