"Pappasito's is a Tex-Mex staple with multiple locations in Houston. But the Cantina in Upper Kirby is special because it's tiny and has a romantic bricked-in covered patio. Hailing from the Pappas empire—Pappas Bros. Steakhouse, Little's Oyster Bar, etc.—Pappasito's is a well-oiled machine. Everything arrives just as it should: butter-sizzling fajitas, pico-laced queso, and massive frozen margaritas.
