"There are a lot of incredible pizza spots on the Island, and Fidela in Santurce is one of the best. It used to be a food truck, but now, a cool group of chefs with forearm tattoos are slinging wood oven-cooked sourdough pies in a proper permanent location. All of the options are excellent, but the honey pepperoni that you’ll spot on nearly every table is the one you need to order. Pizza is obviously the star, but you can also get a few small plates, like boquerones with shallots covered in pepperoncini aioli.
