At any given time, you’ll find more than 15 wild beers (meaning they’re fermented with wild yeast or bacteria instead of traditional brewer’s yeast) available in their tasting room. Our favorite pours are Lou Anne, an aged hop saison with notes of herbal tea and orange peel, and Springfield Blanc, a tart blend barrel-aged wild ale made from muscat and chardonel grapes.
