"El Molino is in a quiet, residential neighborhood in South Philly, but you can’t miss the multicolored mural and Mexican masks beckoning from the corner spot. As soon as you walk into the cozy, family-run tortilleria, the scent of sizzling beef hits you, and you’ll be salivating over the top-tier tortas and quesadillas fueling big family get-togethers. But it’s the tacos, all held together by the excellent corn tortillas, that steal the show. The sweet al pastor, savory birria, and tender shrimp are all juicy, perfectly cooked, and have just the right hit of spice.
