"Fili-Taste Grill & Restaurant (in the old Pampanguena Cuisine space) gets the job done if you want decent Filipino staples. The menu at this casual sit-down covers a lot of ground, from a solid tosilog over garlic rice to lumpia and crispy pig ear skewers. Nothing is worth rearranging your schedule for, but it does the trick if you’re in the area and have an urgent lumpia craving that demands immediate attention.
