"The last Chinatown storefront with a front window full of roasted ducks, Chinatown Express is a DC institution that must be protected at all costs. The ducks that beckoned you in are precisely what you should order, preferably in a steaming bowl of broth with a mess of those noodles being hand-pulled behind the counter. Sure, there are plenty of other solid choices on the menu (when a place is this beloved by locals, it’s a good bet that every dish delivers), but explore those after you’ve crossed that duck soup off your DC dining bucket list.
