"Ikki is right down the street from the Liberty Bell, so you can always expect a crowd of tourists and late-night crowds looking to get in a few rolls before they close at 11pm. They have a solid $15 lunch special, which comes with five pieces and a California roll, but expect pieces like spicy salmon and shrimp topped with a peppery paprika sauce for dinner.
