And since most people opt for takeout, this quiet Albany Park Vietnamese spot is perfect for a relaxing bowl of pho. Their fragrant beef broth is nicely balanced—not too salty or sweet. It’s also on the lighter side, so even if it’s full of flank steak, meatballs, and tendons, it never feels like meat overload.
