Le Rond’s burgers are good, but the restaurant is oddly serious - Review - Miami - The Infatuation
"Le Rond’s menu of burgers, nuggets, and shakes is the kind of thing that belongs in a diner painted with red and white stripes. But that’s not the case at this South Beach burger spot trying hard to be sexy and mysterious. The only redeeming quality of Le Rond is its burger: two thick patties oozing with the right kind of grease on sesame milk buns from Caracas Bakery. These massive, juicy burgers are so good that we’d send you here just to sit outside and pretend the inside of the restaurant doesn’t exist. (That's where all the kids are sitting—they get it.) A sunlit view of South Pointe Drive will always make a burger taste better. We can't say the same for those black-tiled walls. Food Rundown Big Rond The Big Rond is the only reason to come to this unnecessarily ominous restaurant. It's one of the more straightforward burgers on the menu.
