"This is my favorite LA institution. We usually get a burrata and then I get the shrimp and white beans. I get angel hair, but you have to ask for it aglio e olio…it's not on the menu. If you ask very politely, they'll do it—you have to be comfortable taking a risk. If it's a good Italian restaurant in LA, they'll do that. Toscana also has the best truffle pizza in Los Angeles.
