"In the old Calle Ocho space on the Upper West Side, Columns is a Mediterranean wine bar with marble accents and at least one actual column in the room. The menu highlights wines from Spain, Greece and Italy, as well as a few from New York and New Jersey, and cocktails include things like The Olive Leaf, which twists gin with olive leaf liqueur and mastiha.
