"In Plaza Rio de Janeiro, new restaurants seem to pop up monthly. But even still, finding a place in the area for a cocktail and a light bite during a late afternoon lull has been weirdly difficult. Until now. The menu at Cafe Janeiro includes excellent snacks like deviled eggs, nopales salad, and tomato soup, but the main draw is the relaxed atmosphere.
