"Hotels opening speakeasies can feel cheesy, but Four Walls is thankfully not. A self-proclaimed “spaghetti-western” themed space, it’s all pretty nuanced, whether we’re talking decor or cocktails. There’s boudoir fringe dripping from the ceiling, sneaky lighting underneath the bar, and eyebrow-raising combinations of things like rhum agricole and wasabi. Throw on something that really makes you feel good but you rarely get to wear, order a drink that seamlessly blends ingredients like prickly pear and house horchata, and take a few glances at whatever black-and-white movie they’re playing between sips." - ann walczak
