Heo Eatery

Vietnamese restaurant · Highland

"Heo Eatery in the Crescent shopping center in Highland focuses on mostly-Vietnamese, Asian street food, with things like banh mi, baos, and boba tea, where you can expect to see a combination of classic renditions alongside those less conventional, like duck confit or matcha floats. We really enjoyed the duck confit banh mi here. The bread is light, but flaky, adding a nice textural contrast to the incredibly tender meat housed inside. And it’s served over an order of cottage fries, which are basically flat tater tots about the size of a quarter, but a lot more fun to eat." - Nicolai McCrary
