THEP - Review - Upper East Side - New York - The Infatuation

"Visually, everything about THEP promises a great experience. The modern interior features hanging plants and huge windows, and the wraparound patio is filled with greenery and white flowers. However, the food is uneven. The gelatinous, bright purple peanut-filled dumplings and seared duck breast in rich red curry are tasty. But other items—like the overcooked pad see eiw with mushy rice noodles and hard pieces of beef—are disappointing. The menu is huge, so you should have no trouble finding a few things that sound good. Whether or not you’ll actually enjoy what you order is a bit of a crapshoot though. photo credit: THEP Thai Restaurant" - Kenny Yang
