Champers Review - Nolita - New York - The Infatuation

"With spritzes, champagne flights, and around two dozen varieties of bubbly by the bottle, this corner spot in Nolita is primed for hosting boozy brunches in its sea green and light wood space. The midday crowd skews towards tourists and Soho shoppers splitting toasts and salads while sipping on brut rosé. And while the emphasis here is definitely on “Champagne for the People” (higher tax bracket people—glasses start at $18 and bottles at around $80), the food isn’t an afterthought. Try the lobster salad on sourdough, a brunchified version of a lobster roll, and don’t skip the bread pudding french toast for dessert. " - Gabe Bergado
