"Hit Zab-E-Lee for a good meal that will stretch your dollars. For less than $15, you can fill up on options like tender drunken noodles, savory chicken rice soup, and some of the crispiest veggie spring rolls around. The College Park Thai restaurant sits in a well-worn plaza next to what was once an energetic neighborhood club where hopeful rappers showcased their talents during open mic nights. But now Zab anchors this shopping center, which sees a crowd of regulars who eagerly run in for savory pad see ew takeout (since has limited seating). Although sushi is available, definitely skip it and dive into the Thai menu. The hot & sour soup is also a standout, perfect for a sinus-clearing kick. Food Rundown Veggie Spring Rolls These are the best in Tri-Cities—deep-fried, crispy, and stuffed with perfectly spiced cabbage, celery, carrot, and glass noodles. Hot & Sour Soup This is our go-to when ATL’s weather has our sinuses in a chokehold. The spicy broth is rich, flavorful, and soothing. Pad See Ew What makes this dish great is the balance—soft noodles soak up the sweet-savory sauce, and the vegetables have plenty of flavor." - Jacinta Howard
