"Someone stole your wallet and already tried to spend $1,387 on gourmet dog food with your debit card. Go to Chan, get a lychee Rickey, and do two orders of Korean sliders: the beef bulgogi and the spicy pork. Repeat as necessary. Just bring a friend who will accept an IOU." - Aimee Rizzo

Hellbent Brewing Company

Brewery · Olympic Hills

"We opened our doors in Lake City, Seattle in 2015. Our goal was simply to contribute to the Northwest’s already sterling reputation for serving great craft beer. We were fortunate to occupy a converted 70s-era Chinese restaurant, which we gutted and re-converted into a 20-barrel brewery and 3,000sf tavern that includes an event space, game room, and patio. Lake City and the surrounding neighborhoods have welcomed us with open arms. We’re proud to be served in some of Seattle’s finest restaurants and its most cherished dives. Thanks to this wonderful community and our masterful brewer, Brian Young, we offer an array of delicious ales year-round, as well as seasonal lagers and Belgian styles. Please, check us out when you can"
