"If you’ve ever had the specific need to be very high up, the 28th floor say, perusing a menu of wagyu beef, king crab, and all-truffle-everything, before heading to a bar for post-dinner 4am DJ sets—you might really like Shanghai Me. The swanky pan-Asian restaurant inside the Hilton on Park Lane has an extensive dim sum menu as well as impressive views.
