"Cafe Red provides Seattle with a vegan coffee shop and a community space at Othello Station. They also provide Seattle with one of the greatest caffeinated inventions in the city: Oatnilla. It’s not complicated—cold brew, oat milk, and vanilla—but the combination of the three elements in a huge takeout jug is so thirst-quenching and silky that we’d slug it Big Lebowski-style out on the spacious back patio.
