"Tucked away in the Monteverde, Ristorante Il Cortile is the spot to snag an outdoor table, take in the picturesque, quiet street, and relish the sweet sound of absolutely no tourists shouting about gelato. Their abbacchio a scottadito, or “burn your fingers” lamb chops, live up to the name. They come out sizzling hot, with a perfect char and sear. So hot, in fact, that eating them with your hands (as tradition demands) might actually scorch your fingertips.
