"Putting a legendary NYC jazz club inside a giant dome sounds like a very Hollywood move, and that’s exactly what’s happened:  Blue Note is now open in LA and has taken over part of the Cinerama Dome complex with two live performance rooms. The dinner and brunch menus come from the chef behind Carmel, with dishes like chicken bao, scallop crudo, and a fancy wagyu burger.
