"The former Plum Bistro space is now home to Colibri Mexican Kitchen, an upscale Mexican restaurant with nearly as many margarita flavors and tequila options as there are dishes. They're open until 10pm on weekends, making it a promising dinner option on Capitol Hill for enchiladas, pollo en mole, and chile relleno before a big night out.
