"Imagine someone converted a large wooden shed into a party space with various TVs and a Bavarian-style beer garden in the back—that’s more or less Third Window Brewing. If you need a space to fit your entire friend group or want to sunbathe like a tortoise with a German-style lager, this Downtown brewery is a great option. Third Window’s beer and cider selections are vast, and there’s a substantial food menu featuring pizzas, Saturday-only Texas-style barbecue, and our favorite, wagyu smashburgers. The Original comes with two crispy (nearly incinerated) patties melded together with cheese and sliced onions, which spill out from the burger’s soft potato roll.
