"This Turkish restaurant in the Fashion District is the size of a shipping container and staffed by just one guy, all by his lonesome. His kebabs, falafel, and kofte are all top-notch, but the best thing on the short menu is shrimp poached in butter laced with tarana, a tangy, dried yogurt powder that usually shows up in soup. With dollops of yuzu kosho in the mix, it tastes like an intense savory-sour shrimp scampi, and we sopped up every last drop of butter with all the pita and lavash we could scavenge from our other dishes." - Andrew Ryce
