"The 42 Hotel in Williamsburg has a second restaurant after Blackbird. Evolution is a tasting menu spot that “pays homage to Brooklyn’s rich culinary heritage.” It costs $175 for 8-10 courses that are named after neighborhoods: think “Dyker Heights Dim Sum” followed by “Marine Park Roast Beef,” but as little plates.
