Entre Nous - Review - Clinton Hill - New York - The Infatuation
"Clinton Hill, meet your next date spot. Entre Nous, a wine bar from the Fradei team, is preposterously cute, with soppy oeufs mayo available by the egg, and shrimp cocktail available by the piece. The large glass windows, long mahogany bar and wooden bookcase filled with wine bottles provide a perfect backdrop for asking your date about their siblings. If by your first glass of gamay things are going well, start with the $36 plateau: a mix of oysters, shrimp and plump mussels pickled in champagne vinegar. The menu is heavy on charcuterie and fromage, but they do a handful of small plates: like leeks poached perfectly in vinaigrette, buttery roasted hedgehog mushrooms, and satisfying tartiflette croquettes, served with that reblochon cheese that your server implies is smuggled in from France. photo credit: Liz Clayman" - Will Hartman
