"File this one under Nashville’s ever-growing list of out-of-town imports that we’re actually happy about. This Spanish tapas spot comes to us courtesy of Atlanta, with a menu including savory slices of ham imported from the Iberian peninsula, Spanish cheeses, and the coco con seta—a phenomenal mushroom flatbread with black truffle, pickled red onion, and shiitake crema. If you’re making reservations for a group ahead of time (and you should), jump on the suckling pig that feeds six but requires 72-hour notice to prepare.
