"This yakitori spot in Culver City is built around a central bar, so you can sit in front of the grill and watch skewers hit the coals. The counter is reserved for omakase, with tables offering à la carte service. Nearly every part of the chicken can be found here, along with other skewers like bacon-wrapped cheese mochi, plus tamagoyaki, clay pot rice, and snacks like blowtorched pollock roe. Not sure what to drink? There’s a sake sommelier on hand to help. We haven’t been here yet, but want you to know this spot exists." - Cathy Park
