Raku Shabu Shabu House - Review - Capitol Hill - Seattle - The Infatuation

"A new Japanese hot pot spot just opened on Capitol Hill. At Raku, each table has individual built-in burners so you can simmer your own broth loaded with scallops, thinly sliced lamb, or a pile of vegetables. Sure, soup might not be top of mind when it’s warm out, but they finish things off with free vanilla soft serve to cool you down. We haven’t been here yet, but want you to know this spot exists." - Kayla Sager-Riley
