"The Big Cheese delivers on its name. This is the cheesiest pizza in Miami. It’s the place to go for big plates of baked ziti, calzones, and garlic rolls you’ll taste for the next 20 years. The Glenvar Heights restaurant has been spinning dough since 1984. The place is filled with red booths and signed posters of Dolphins who retired before the internet was invented. Pizzas only come in two sizes: large and extra large. So come hungry or with friends. We like their great white, a white pizza with raw garlic sauce topped with ricotta, parmesan, and mozzarella. Just, please be careful with those garlic rolls. If you touch your phone while eating one, it’ll smell like you dropped it in a tub of minced garlic." - Virginia Otazo
