"Paumanok might not be as shiny or new as some of the other wineries in the North Fork, but it definitely makes some of the best and most interesting wines. You should make a reservation, but once you arrive, you can enjoy a glass or tasting inside, on the deck overlooking the vineyards, or lounged back in an Adirondack chair on the grass.
