"Roll Up By Oui is a handroll-specific sushi restaurant in the South Loop. Their temaki is made with white or brown rice and is sold either by piece or as sets with three to five rolls. They have fillings like yellowtail, bluefin negi-toro, or a premium combination of unagi, wagyu, uni, and scallop. We haven’t been here yet, but want you to know this spot exists.
