"Ocean Beach Cafe is a block from the sand, but it’s for more than just a pre- or post-beach pit stop. This all-day spot does non-alcoholic cocktails that are more interesting than your usual artisan soda—think champagne sours and hemp-infused drinks—along with coffee, pastries, and sandwiches. The cafe doubles as a bottle shop, and is fully stocked with more sober-friendly drinks than you knew existed, from beer and aperitifs to white wines. With wifi, a couch, and ample space on the parklet, this is one of the Outer Richmond’s best places to kick back for a couple of hours." - Julia Chen
