"In Hell’s Kitchen, Hudson Local is a cork-covered restaurant with a grand piano, which will host a performer playing classics from the Great American Songbook every Thursday evening (starting in September). It’s from the same chef behind Hudson Vu, and the menu takes inspiration from all over the world: there’s grilled cabbage with Indian spices, golden tilefish with tomato gochujang butter, and steak marinated in shio koji and pineapple.
