"With its windowless all-red exterior, Noshi Sushi doesn’t have the greatest curb appeal, nor is the fish quite the same quality it used to be a decade ago, but this busy Koreatown spot is still an institution when it comes to wallet-friendly sushi. Stick to the straight-up nigiri, sashimi, and classic rolls, and you'll leave stuffed while paying about a third of what you would elsewhere. Some examples: the spicy tuna roll (one of the best things here) for $5, or the eight-piece nigiri combo for $18." - garrett snyder, cathy park, brant cox, jess basser sanders
