"Soupleaf is a buffet-style hot pot experience in the Crescent shopping center next to 99 Ranch. Start by choosing one of five broths (you can also mix them), then begin a 120-minute countdown to take full advantage of the experience. Most of the seafood, dumplings, and vegetables are self-serve, but all of the meats are ordered à la carte (but still included in the price).
