"The first Vegas location of this Venice Beach staple opened in The Venetian’s Restaurant Row, and it’s just as good as the original—despite what protective Californians might want you to believe. This place hits you over the head with fresh produce, and a menu that promises everything local, seasonal, and organic “whenever possible.” Sure, that concept isn’t as revolutionary as it was in 2008, but grilled oyster mushrooms brushed with tarragon butter, and the famous sourdough pizzas, are timeless (and the server will happily guide you through the lengthy menu if it’s your first time).
