"Uma’s is an Uzbek restaurant that’s open year-round, and it's one of the livelier sit-down spots in the area. The menu features baked pastries like bichaki and samsas and plenty of kebabs, salads, and soups. Their yogurt sauce has a cult following, and for good reason.
