"Mini Potstickers’ Nob Hill outpost serves the same titular mini pan-fried dumplings as the original in the Sunset. This is great news for anyone east of Van Ness, though we’d trek the Crosstown Trail in stilettos for the crunchy-bottomed potstickers at either location. Copying the same bare-bones interior, (aside from a couple of neon signs on the walls), this new spot also has an upgraded menu with shareable Chinese dishes. A spicy version of this restaurant’s namesake filled with rich, pork-y soup, solid chow mein, and a delicately crisp jianbing (here it’s called a “Chinese burrito”) should all find their way onto your table. This spot works for casual weeknight dinners, a quick and filling meal before packing into a show at The Masonic, and any time you need to book a “doctor’s appointment” to decompress over xiao long bao for lunch. photo credit: Brit Finnegan photo credit: Brit Finnegan photo credit: Brit Finnegan Pause Unmute" - Julia Chen
